I assume that Mexico can win this cup 

1. Home advantage is real
Mexico plays all 3 group games at home: Azteca for South Africa + UEFA Playoff Winner, Guadalajara for South Korea. Potential Round of 32 also at Azteca. Mexico's best World Cup runs were both at home: quarterfinals in 1970 and 1986. 87,000 fans at Azteca create pressure opponents don't get anywhere else.

2. Favorable group draw

South Africa, South Korea, and a UEFA playoff team is manageable. Even TV analysts called the group "easy". Mexico beat South Korea in 1998 and 2018. Winning Group A means facing a 3rd-place team in Round of 32, still at home.

3. Talent + experience blend

Raúl Jiménez brings Premier League pedigree and leadership. Wonderkid Gilberto Mora gives them a new x-factor. Coach Javier Aguirre is in his 3rd stint and knows the World Cup pressure.

4. Motivation after 2022

Mexico went out in the group stage in 2022. As hosts, the "quest for redemption" starts game 1. No host has won since France 1998, but Mexico becomes the first nation to host 3 times.

5. Knockout path

If Mexico tops Group A, they avoid other group winners until quarterfinals. With momentum and Azteca behind them, belief builds fast.
